The Corporate Sponsored Nominee Service (CSN) is an easy way for participants to hold shares electronically. As no share certificates are produced, there is no risk of losing them. The CSN service works by removing investor names from the main register and holding them together with other investors in a nominee provided by Link Market Services (Trustees) Limited (LMSTL). Your shares will be held on your behalf on a separate register maintained by LMSTL. You will still retain the right to receive company documentation, receive dividend payments and attend and vote on matters at general meetings.
For further information about the CSN service please view the Terms and Conditions.
To transfer a holding shares already held in the CSN to another person within the CSN, you will need to complete Form 3.
To transfer certificated shares in to CSN under the same name, you will need to complete the CREST Transfer Form and a Form of Acknowledgement agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the Corporate Sponsored Nominee.
To transfer a holding into the CSN from another nominee provider or broker, you will need to complete Form 6.
To withdraw your shares from the CSN, you will need to complete and return a transfer form.
The following types of withdrawal are available:
